HVAC remediation company has immediate need for a sales executive in Houston, Texas or another virtual location could be in SO/CAL. Call on Facilities Managers/CFO's/CEO's

Our client, an HVAC system remediation company, has an immediate need for a sales exec/manager type. The company has excellent cash flow and a head start on the industry. The position entails the following criteria:

1. Direct selling to large accounts in government, university, hospital sectors to include chains (150 or so hospitals).
2. Generate new clients for remediation system services.
3. Work with and recruit 3rd party sales teams of manufacturing reps.
4. Average sale is 80k to 100k.

Many well know clients in this territory to include Harvard, Univ. of Penn., The Smithsonian, Boston Children's Hospital of Boston, Merck, S.L.Green, Woodhull Medical Center, Bergen Regional Medical Center, etc.
Need 5 years experience in HVAC and can could come from an o.e.m. or a large mechanical contractor.
Having worked for Trane, Johnson Controls or Carrier is a plus.
Report to CEO. Culture of company is Fortune 50.

Travel is 30%
OTE is $120,000   uncapped commission structure
at 125% of goal earn $147000. 150% of goal earns $180000
