Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks related to all aspects of product management, including product changes/improvements (following the appropriate INFICON procedures), assisting in new product development using the appropriate product development procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of general marketing and promotional strategies for products and promote product line as a whole through appropriate product literature, product packaging materials, point of sale, or publication.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining price sheets as appropriate. Maintain current knowledge of all prices and sales procedures.
  • Participate in voice of customer (VOC) activities to define customer requirements for new products and product enhancements.
  • Assist with writing and maintenance of operating manuals, application notes, and any other technical documentation.
  • Record and edit product support videos as needed
  • Provide sales and technical support, on an as needed basis, to internal and external customers worldwide.
  • Travel as necessary to promote, sell, support, and provide training for Service Tools product line.
  • Assist the Product Manager with various assignments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical or scientific discipline
  • HVAC&R or Automotive experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills, including written, oral and presentation
  • Versatility and ability to speak comfortably with a variety of customers in different environments (example: speaking to a technician on the job in a machine room at a grocery store or speaking to a company executive in an office environment)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail including good spelling and grammar
  • Proficient in Office applications
  • Experience with video editing preferred
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment and independently complete individual tasks
  • Multi-lingual skills a plus
  • Willingness to travel 25% of time may be international (may increase during late winter/spring season)

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience including a competitive base salary, bonus opportunity, and competitive benefits package.
