With hundreds of customers nationwide in healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, commercial real estate and government, their installation teams are the foremost experts at addressing your refurbishment needs.
The Sales Director will be home-based and will be calling on universities, hospitals, some commercial accounts and government entities in Northern California and the Northwest.
The desired candidate will be comfortable calling on Facilities Managers through to C-level executives. Though an HVAC or mechanical contracting background makes for a quicker ramp-up, it is not mandatory.
The primary desired traits are solution-oriented sales skill set, experience calling on C-level execs at hospitals and/ or universities, closing deals between $50k and $250k+, and some sort of Fortune background (employment or sales training). Someone from Mechanical Services, or Building Automation, Facilities Management, green energy solutions, equipment rehab to that end, etc. are ideal candidates.

Base and commission within 160-180k (and commission is uncapped.)
All expenses are covered, excellent health benefits, flexibility to allow for work/ life balance, and full support from home office – no micromanaging here… Assistance in setting up a home office if necessary.
