Job Description
Highly confidential Sr Human Resource Leader Position with Large Profitable Corporation.
SR HR Leader at large non-union facility
Reason for Vacancy - Internal Promotion
Compensation - $110-130K (DOE), plus 20% target bonus potential = $130k to 156k 1st year comp
Location -Small town in Central Illinois outside Effingham
24/7 operation- 2009 ROI 19%
Reports to - General Manager with dotted line to off-site Divisional Human Resources
Company Profile - High profile global company
• Support of the manufacturing facility to build organizational capability in the location.
• Talent Management- Lead succession planning, development and movement of talent for the location.
• Drive the Employee Relations process for a manufacturing facility employees.
• Drive local/corporate/sector initiatives.
• Partners with operations leadership in the assessment, development, and management of talent for operations.
• Supports the Global Operations Long Range Plan and Organizational Leadership Review initiatives.
• Lead positive employee relations activities to maintain union-free.
• Support and continued cultural change through the utilization of change management tools, Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Knowledge & Work Experience:
• Manufacturing experience required • Exposure and application of change management initiatives
• Organizational Development background and successful application of procedures, practices and programs
• Non-union experience
STABLE Work history a must.
BS/Masters in HR Degree and PHR preferred.

Location is southern Illinois in a small town by a very nice lake and within 35 miles of larger city.
