Generalist responsibilities reporting to Sr HRM at large non-union facility
Reason for Vacancy - Internal Promotion
Compensation - $76-87 (DOE), plus 20% target bonus potential

-Provide leadership, coaching and generalist support for the full scope of HR functions
- Lead the standardization of practices and processes. (Additional areas of responsibility include Performance management, Salary Planning, Reward Management, and Talent Sharing.)
- Coach and counsel plant employees regarding HR policies and procedures and conditions of employment - Fulfill staffing requirements in a timely and efficient manner
- Serve as an employee advocate: balancing fair labor standards, policy and practice, and business needs at site
- Create/ Implement new HR policies and procedures together with the Site HR Leader, and keep them up to date relative to local legislation and business needs
- Ensure timely full cycle performance assessment at site by assisting in annual people reviews based on IP practices
STABLE Work history a must.
BS/Masters in HR Degree and PHR preferred.
